Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms. Termination is immediate and may be without notice.
3. User Responsibilities

Profile Accuracy

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Aathiran Matrimony is not liable for disputes, misunderstandings, or issues arising from user interactions.
Third-Party Services
You acknowledge that communications may occur outside our platform. Aathiran Matrimony is not responsible for such external communications or any consequences thereof.
Safety
Meet other users at your own risk. Always meet in public places and inform trusted contacts. SubhaMatrimony is not responsible for harm or incidents that occur during or as a result of user meetings.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We accept payment through approved payment gateways using secure encryption.
Billing
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will notify you of billing changes with advance notice.
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscribers. Request refunds within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are void if you've been warned or suspended for violations.
No Refunds for Partial Periods
We do not prorate refunds or provide credits for partial periods of subscription. Cancellations take effect at period end.

No Guarantees

Verification
While we employ verification measures, we cannot guarantee all profiles are authentic. Use the Service with appropriate caution.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aathiran Matrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aathiran Matrimony, its owners, operators, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.
